STEP 1 -SEND US YOUR IDEAS

All great designs begin with an idea. Due to the customized nature of our products, we can only give you an accurate quote after creating a proof. Send us your design vision, which can be nothing more than a concept, and we’ll develop it for you.

We offer free, high-quality artwork to every customer, and our team works until you’re 100% satisfied. Take advantage of our unlimited revisions guarantee.

STEP 2 -GET A PROOF & QUOTE

Once our design team has completed your design, we’ll send a proof with the challenge coin cost. Our challenge coin prices are tailored to the job, varying based on intricacy, metal, finish, and any other special additions you want to include.

If you’re unsatisfied with the proof, get back to us, and we’ll revise your design until you get the coin you want.

STEP 3 - APPROVE & PURCHASE

Are you satisfied with the design in front of you? Give us the green light, and we’ll get to work producing your coins. We offer various payment methods to suit your needs, including phone payments. From receiving your payment, manufacturing your coins can take 14 -30 days, depending on the number ordered and how many other orders we’re completing.

How long does it take to create challenge coins? We always say that it takes around 3-4 weeks from when your payment is received to hold your custom challenge coins in your hands. The design process can take a few days or weeks, depending on how much work it takes to get your idea just right. The coins’ production averages 21 days, but it can vary based on whether you’re looking to make a challenge coin with a simple plastic finish or a more complex gold 3D design.

How long until I receive my custom coin order? We make challenge coins custom-made, meaning we can’t accept refunds for any reason after the proof has been accepted. The customized nature of these products means that, unlike standardized product lines, we can’t accept returns and sell them to someone else.

Do you have a minimum order quantity?

Yes. The minimum order is 100 custom challenge coins with price breaks given at 300, 500, 1000, and 2500. 

In addition to designing faith-based challenge coins, we also design coins for the following:

• All branches of the military, law enforcement, and first responder agencies and organizations.
• Corporate, religious, and non-profit businesses or universities.
• Special events or occasions.
• All automobile and motorcycle clubs or organizations.

Minimum orders start at 100 coins and discounts are given for orders over 300 coins. First order mold fee charge will apply and vary. Coin prices will vary depending on design and colors.
