Our apparel and hats are unique and produced only once ordered, therefore, we do NOT return or exchange ANY apparel products in which the wrong size or color was ordered or if someone has simply changed their mind.
However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 14 days of product delivery.
To initiate an exchange or return due to a defect, please reply to your order confirmation email to begin the process. Customer will need to provide the following information in the email:
